Anna Cut Her Hair

Anna has been asking to have her hair cut for a while now. We measured, and it was long enough to donate to Locks for Love so we decided to cut it. We definitely think it makes her look a lot older than a 4-year-old. Anna loves it and we think it sure makes her look cute!

Happy Halloween!

These are all of our Halloween experiences! Anna went to a pumpkin patch with her preschool class, Our Ward Halloween party, Anna's parade at school (she looks like a true princess in action), and we went to Hollister with family to Trunk or Treat at church.
Anna has been wanting to be Ariel for a good 4 months now and Madeline was suppose to be Tinkerbell. But, when she saw Anna dressed up as Ariel, she had to be like her sister. So, Anna said, "I know, I can be Ariel the Mermaid and Madeline can be Ariel the Human." And Madeline was just fine with that, so we put on a dress (that she thought was an Ariel dress) and she filled her purse with candy. Both of them loved lining up their candy and counting it . . . sounds a little like their mommy. Madeline keeps asking if she can go trick-or-treating again. We can never get enough candy around here! Hope you all had a fun Halloween!

First Trip to Disneyland! (Sept 08)

The girls couldn't get enough of "Diseyyand" (in Madeline's words) The princesses drew most of their attention! They loved Tinkerbell flying over the castle and watching the Pixar Parades.

Rhyasen Reunion - Bend, OR

We had a fun time this summer in Bend, OR with the rest of the Rhyasen family. We went spelunking, swimming, fishing, bike riding and had a great time. Anna and Madeline are really starting to love swimming.

Auntie Kayla & Uncle Chwis' Wedding

We had so much fun at Kayla and Chris' wedding! They were a gorgeous couple! Even the DJ at the reception commented, "What a beautiful couple!" It was so fun to visit with family and friends. Anna and Madeline miss their cousin Lydia already. Our goal is to get them here in 3 years!
